Yes Rosetta is currently the only BOINC project working on COVID-19.
There is also 1 "project" outside of BOINC which I will not mention here as it has been widely mentioned in many other places on the www, including some BOINC project boards.

TNGrid is calculating on a gene which is very simliar to COVID19: https://gene.disi.unitn.it/test/forum_thread.php?id=265

Do you know what's Rosetta is exactly working on it? - In my understanding, they have folded the COVID, as it was not known. But, I am not shure, if I understood it right.
