Hi,
I'm "aboulafia",

I use my computers for differents projects and have only ATI graphics cards so why not molecular simulations with ATI CUDA (only with PS3 and NVIDIA graphics cards) ?

Thanks for answer.

Because no-one programmed it for BOINC 'til now, only Cosmo has an ATI application.
And it's not CUDA, that's Nvidia only.

If you want to do molecular simulations with your ATI you have to use Folding for now (or volunteer to program an application yourself ). It runs without problems on your ATI parallel to BOINC on the CPU.

MilkyWay@home has an app for ATI videocards. I don't know how stable the workunits are, or how is the supply, because i don't have an ATI card to test them.
