Why does WEP-M+2 does not support Windows x86 platforms?

Some projects only support Windows, some only support Linux.

Project admins may only be able to code in one or the other or the application they are using is only available for 1 Os.

Not all projects are run by organisations or Universities with access to IT staff or Uni students doing IT courses, there are a number that are one man operations.

All I can say, if they don't support the wintel platform, is good luck to them. And yeah, they probably do support OS-X (which if they support Linux, probably wouldn't be that large a stretch, given OS-X is really BSD on the back end). But simply based upon market share alone, Windows/x86 is a large percentage of the market, right there, for client's desktop computers.
