As this page shows, the project itself is down. You will have to wait until the project is up again.

Lattice Project is killing my computer. In the red. Trying to detach Suspended for now. Never had this problem with any other projects. That is why I disconected Climate Prediction. That did not fix problem. They now need 8200.MB of RAM!

It doesn't surprise me that the Lattice project is eating up your ram. I ran some of their work for over 12 hours and when I restarted my computer, all the work was lost. (The work units don't appear to occasionally write things to hard disk but stay resident in RAM.) I would recommend going to the Lattice project web page and posting your complaint on their message boards. It appears their Garli project work units are still in the beta testing phase....(They may not say it but it is obvious their work units have a lot of bugs that need to be worked on.)

The amount of RAM needed is known, and is expected. Please consult their applications page. It very clearly explains the machine requirements by application, and also which applications support checkpointing:

Well, whatever was wrong with the WUs seems to be fixed now. Garli is checkpointing. Not having a computation error after 2 seconds either.
