I moved LHC Alpha to retired. I tried to get an answer from the admins of LHC whether or not LHC Alpha would come back to life, and no answer means yes I think.

Hi Willy

Here's a quote from the LHC message boards originally about lhcathometest which they use for internal testing which some crunchers connected to accidentally:

"lhcathometest is not a replacement for lhcathomealpha. If we need some testing which needs volunteer help we will create an lhcathomealpha project and ask for help. We don't have a need for that kind of testing at the moment hence no lhcathomealpha project at the moment!

Alex"

So from that LHCalpha may/may not come back in the future.

LHC Alpha still show up on the Sign up for Projects page in BAM. Seems like it should be removed from there too, right?
