Does anyone know the status of PicEvolvr? I just tried to go to the website and it is gone.

http://boinc.picevolvr.com/picevolvr/ -> yields 404 Not Found
and
http://boinc.picevolvr.com/ -> appears to be Michael Cullen's home page, but I didn't see an obvious way to contact him

Hi all... Yeah, What happened was I reinstalled the server and kind of forgot to back the database up first. I've been playing around with a non-relational database ( mongodb ) for my main homepage, which is why you saw that error message. Because of this, I forgot to back up the mysql project database.

I still have all the returned result files, and I will work through them when I get chance and produce an image gallery. I havn't done much up until this point because as rilian said, the algorithms were hitting a dead end pretty quickly. Keep checking for progress updates... In fact, while I'm at it, I think I'll throw up a site explaining this... I've been pretty busy recently (In case you're wondering, I'm an electronics student with a keen interest in programming) so I'll see what I can do over the next few weeks.

As Michael said the server is back but with the loss of the database it is essentially a new project. http://boinc.picevolvr.com/forum_thread.php?id=1

Willy can you work your stats magic to archive the old project stats and start up a new project.
Also note the URL has changed to http://boinc.picevolvr.com/, the picevolvr on the end is gone.
