The results of the recent BOINC user survey have been posted.

I'd like to know what kind of computer can't run BOINC (almost 200 people said that's the reason they don't participate).

Also, in the comments several people wanted functionality added to the BOINC client that would duplicate what BAM does.
Has there ever been any thought to launching a BOINCstats branded BOINC client?

Yes there has been. I did make a skin for the client but that's just for lack of anything better. I lack the resources and more importantly the time to build BOINCstats or BAM! branded clients. It would mean to change the code every time a new client comes out.
