I started without BAM, and joined the PrimeGrid project. When I log in to primegrid, I can see my stats. Then I joined BAM, and added 2 more projects (einstein, seti). I can see my computer cycling through all three, but only the two recently added projects show my stats in BAM. Primegrid, via BAM, doesn't recognize me. (Yet primegrid directly to that website still works properly).

All my user names and passwords match.

Any ideas on what's wrong?

Usually it can take up to a full week to get all stats for all projects lined up for a new user. If you are using BAM!, you can try the "Find account" button at the BAM! Signup projects page to find you Primegrid-account.
