Hi Willy,
One of my volunteers does not remember his password on BOINCstats/BAM!
When he clicks "resend activation email", it does not receive any email to reactivate their account or change its password.

Why would he want to resend the activation email? His account is already activated, right? So, do not check that box and retry.
