Unable to logon to BAM to see stats. Comes up with Invalid Username and/or Account.

This is message in Event Log on PC;
BOINCstatsBAM!: Notice from BOINC
Message from account manager: User not found or password wrong.

Username and Account unchanged for a long time.

BTW; from another account, not this one !

Cannot find either Userid or Email related to missing account.


Missing Account is

zeod66

There is no account 'zeod66' in the current database or in the backup from January. The only account with username '*zeod*' is the account you are posting with.

I used the SEARCH at top left of screen, and it shows zeod66 with detailed stats...

If I try to recreate an account in that name, will it work? Being that it existed before?
If I do recreate the account, will it pick up all the old stats?

The stats have nothing to do with an account, they are parsed from the stats exported by individual BOINC projects.

I suggest that you take a note of the project that is listed in zeod66, log in at those projects and change the name, email address and password. Make sure that all your projects including your BOINC Account (Main account page has the same name, email address and password. It will take some days but if everything is the same they will align. If all else fails, read the Help pages.

That's one way to do it, but it's altogether unnecessary if all you want to do is look at your stats. Although, there are some additional perks of having a BAM account, such as being able to synchronize retired projects through a CPID change.
