I created a BAM account and tried to connect my BOINC Client 5.4.9 to bam.boincstats.com. The client returned with URL temporary not available.
What might be the problem.

This question was answered in another thread recently:

Maybe you're trying to connect to BAM like a project...
BAM is no project, you must use the BOINC function "Account Manager" under the "Tools" Menu.
If it's temporarily unavailable just try it once more later.
