Not sure if this is a "bug", a "fault", or just a "synchronisation" problem.

I just have created an account in Malaria Control.

When I go to find the account in BAM it tells me the project is down, as displayed in the graphic.

But the project is up, I just got work therefore my question. Is there a link or is it a bigger problem?

There is a link. To prevent the server from wasting its time waiting for a response from a project, it only tries to connect to the project when the scheduler status is online.

MCP is offline according to the scheduler, and when I try to go to their page it doesn't work. Maybe the page is overloaded, and you were plain lucky to get those workunits.
