I enter the new email address and password twice and save, get a popup saying to confirm new email address and changes will take affect once confirmed, but I never get the email.

This is still an issue. I just tried to update my email address, entered password twice as needed, and hit submit. I get a pop up claiming a verification mail will be sent, but it never arrives.
