The totals for the hosts on the hosts page have not updated for several days. Totals are still being shown correctly in the BAM! Detailed stats page.

The error is on this page: https://www.boincstats.com/bam/hosts/

BAM ID is 17725

BAM host ids that are not updating - 1255826 and 1047215

Please let me know if you need any additional information!

I have the same problem. I reported it 21 days ago, and despite multiple messages and posts, I am unable to get any support, fix, or even the kindness of a reply. I'll keep watching, fingers crossed.

As of today, it looks like it's (FINALLY) working. I'll keep an eye on it.

Didn't do anything till now

The problem is when a host is "recognized" as a new host but the CPID is unchanged. This can happen (f.e.) when the public IP changes. The "new" host can't write it's CPID to the database since is has to be unique and it is added with a blank CPID. This prevents it from linking to the stats.

Should be fixed now for new hosts. For existing hosts with the problem, try to identify other entries in BAM! of the same host and delete those.

First let me say I appreciate all your hard work keeping BAM! running!

BOINCstats BAM! ID 236258
CPID 7481e819b6734ea61443ec05513e3f40

I am currently crunching on 11 projects - Asteroids, Einstein, Climate Prediction, Denis, LODA, Milkyway, NFS, Number Fields, SiDock, Universe and YOYO. All 11 have CPIDs that match the one above.

I am running BOINC on 8 systems. 2 Macs running Sonoma, 3 PCs running Windows 11 and 3 PCs running Ubuntu 22.04. All are currently up to date with OS patches. All are running the latest version of BOINC for the flavor of hardware/OS they have on them.

If you look at my Projects page (https://www.boincstats.com/bam/projects/) you will only 6 projects listed. Asteroids shows a red circle with a white X in the Remove Project column. Einstein, LHC (which I'm no longer participating in), Milkyway, NFS and Number Fields don't have the red circle. Climate Prediction, Denis, Loda, SiDock, Universe and YOYO aren't listed at all.

My Hosts page (https://www.boincstats.com/bam/hosts/) show the correct Hosts but the Credit columns have not update in a couple of months.

I have gone through all of my project accounts and merged duplicates and deleted old machines.

Also, when I visit the project pages and look at "Computers on this account" I get the following error.

Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in /home/boincadm/projects/boinc/html/inc/host.inc on line 295

Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in /home/boincadm/projects/boinc/html/inc/host.inc on line 307

Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in /home/boincadm/projects/boinc/html/inc/host.inc on line 295

Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in /home/boincadm/projects/boinc/html/inc/host.inc on line 307

All projects reference the same 2 line numbers - 295 and 307.

You wrote "For existing hosts with the problem, try to identify other entries in BAM! of the same host and delete those.". Where and how do I identify the bad entries?

Thanks for you assistance.

The project errors (Undefined offset) do not originate from this website.

The credit issue with the hosts page should be resolved.

You have no stale entries in your list.

I had this same problem. I did a Renew CPID several weeks ago but that did not fix it.

But as of this morning it seems to be fixed without me doing anything.

Perhaps fixing this for one user fixes it for many or all?

Anyway thanks again Willy.

More of my hosts are showing no update, even though they are working away. It looks like there's a fix explained in the trail above, but I don't understand what to do. I would appreciate more detailed guidance. Thank you in advance.
