for all of my three hosts i can´t see the resourceshare when i look at every host. under stats at right there is nothing? what i´m doing wrong? what is the reason of that?

Host-specific resource shares are only supported with BOINC client 5.8.x; earlier versions don't support it so you can't set them - you can only set global/venue resource shares.
