Well. read the Forum alot, used the search button alot.

'twas told: use renew cpid. did it did 3 times the last 3 days. didnt solved the problem.

'twas told: check if all emailadresses in all projects are the same.
did. i only perform in one project. seti. and my seti account (username and email) and my bam account (username and email) are exactly the same.

so. changing the email removes one from the stats ?

Did i ever appear someday back ?

in bam it says:

Seti says

so what can be done ?

I got no new Seti stats in BAM since 2 or 3 days, maybe this is your problem too.
While no data comes from seti, BAM gives an error or 'no matching entry found'

Maybe there are Problems with Seti <-> BAM communication.
Anyone else (out there) with Seti stats problems?

'twas also told (in the FAQ and many times in the forum) that when the projects don't export XML, BOINCstats can't update. SETI's XML file is over two days old.

Patience will solve this one.

haven't found any notice 'bout that Seti havent sent xml's recently... how can this be checked ?

well. easyest way to solve a problem.

If it 'll help then i sit it out and wait till the xml arrives.

My detailed stats aren't linked. its been 5 days, now, and the CPID has stabized across my projects. I've clicked renew CPID, but it hasn't worked. I tried once a day for the first three days, then waited 2 and tried a third time.

All my stats are reported semi-correctly (the start date is off by about a week in combined stats, I could care less), but I can't get it linked to the login.

What is this certain period of time?

After the server transition the script to get your CPID was linked incorrectly. Fixed that and reran it. Your BAM! account is now linked to your stats.

Hello! I have the same problem as PieBandit. I have set my agents up for the same 3 projects days ago and now I still dont have a CPID.

What should I do?
