Background: For several weeks/months I had been receiving the following error in Boinc Manager whenever it tried to talk with BAM:
2007-04-12 15:39:46 [---] Contacting account manager at http://bam.boincstats.com/
2007-04-12 15:39:49 [---] Account manager contact succeeded
2007-04-12 15:39:49 [---] [error] No signing key from account manager
2007-04-12 15:39:49 [---] [error] Inconsistent signing key from account manager
I finally decided to fix this and followed a hint in an old thread here, I detached from BAM using the Advanced Menu in Boinc Manager "Stop using Boincstats Bam" intending to rejoin immediately.
However while trying to rejoin I now get:
"Account manager temporarily unavailble"
The account manager is temporarily unavailable.
Please try again later.
I've now been receiving this error for about 16 hours. The other machines on the same home network are able to synch with BAM without trouble.
Am I doing something wrong or is there a problem with BAM at this time?

[Edit] Interestingly, even though I've detached, when starting Boinc Manager I still see the following on the Messages tab:
