I've noticed this before, and just came across it again with DepSpid, so I thought I'd bring it up.

Every time I join a new project, I end up going to the project site to correct my country and zip code info. Even though BAM has my country and zip code, these values are not being added to new accounts at new projects. Instead, I consistently get "International" for country, and null for zip code. Shouldn't BAM be propagating these values?

I'll check this, can't remember if these settings can be send when creating an account.

Checked it. When creating an account, the project only accepts username, email address and password(hash).

For setting the other account settings at the project, another call to the project is needed, which is currently not implemented (in BAM!).

This information is now set when a new account is created.
