Cannot prepare a new host. I have hosts named jyslinux0, jyslinux2 and jyslinux5. I tried adding jyslinux3 and was told the name was not unique. OK, maybe I had a host at one time named jyslinux3 in the last 10 years. Anyway, I then tried jyslinux1. OK, it was accepted, but the host page for editing the perferences showed jyslinux2 - ONE OF MY EXISTING HOSTS, not a new host. Not realizing what had happened, I then went and set parameters on an existing host that I didnt really want to do. ie: after clicking [SET] I noticed that jyslinux2 had its values changed rather than the new jyslinux1 I was trying to prepare.
Anyway, I have a ubuntu system named jyslinux3 (I set the name using the network editor) It is already cruching as I cloned the disk from jyslinux5 (didnt want to reinstall linux from scratch and the motherboard is identical) and changed the name to jyslinux3. Cuirrently it is not connected to any manager and I wanted to connect using the name jyslinux3 or jyslinux1 but cant seem to prepare it. Something is amiss.
