I am acting as team leader for Atlantic in this post as we lost a member who reported issued with BAM. This member lives in an area with very poor Internet so it's difficult for him to get onto this site. So I realize up-front that I may not have all the details you want right away but we have a small team so loosing anyone to a glitch is of concern.

Here is a link to the Team Member Movement page that shows -ShEm- moving to the ACC team. That was his old team and somehow he got bumped back there.

Shahin was able to post to the Atlantic Team G+ circle explaining the situation, and since he may have difficulty logging in here I've provided a link to our G+ circle so you can read his post for more info.

Well, it looks like we lost a team member today."

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

BAM! doesn't change team membership on its own, it's the user that initiates it and who chooses the team.

That said, make your rounds through this users projects: http://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/detail/4872/projectList.
I'm counting:
Atlantic: 1
AAC: 3
No team: 7
It's the stats update which decides that in this case, for BOINC combined the team is set to ACC. That doesn't move any credit withing the projects!

Now, in some projects the team in the stats doesn't match those in BAM!, so I picked one project to check this out: Cosmology. In the stats no team is set, on the project website it's Atlantic -> problem. I downloaded the stats XML export, here is Shem's section:
Code:
<user>
<id>4142</id>
<name>-ShEm-</name>
<country>International</country>
<create_time>1196222478</create_time>
<total_credit>329760.000000</total_credit>
<expavg_credit>0.000000</expavg_credit>
<expavg_time>1295338203.267990</expavg_time>
<cpid>bd38b5dcbab37e7bb410e62f84f33919</cpid>
</user>

As you can seem no team info. The stats updated can't guess the team.

All in all, I think that a little patience will fix the problem, once the exported XML from the project reflects the correct team.

So the solution is for the team member to log onto the project websites and insure that he has selected the Atlantic team there, correct?

Ok, in his note he indicated this happened when he kept loosing connection while making changes in BAM! so I'll leave it up to him to decide what works best with his poor connection.

Thanks for the help.
