Hi all,

I get this error when I try to connect to BAM with my linux-hosts:

Code:

./boinc_cmd --acct_mgr_rpc bam.boincstats.com XXX XXX

connect: Connection refused
can't connect to local host


it's the same with Fedora Core 4 and 5

try this:

./boinc_cmd --acct_mgr_rpc http://bam.boincstats.com/ XXX XXX

I got the same error. Solution: start boinc (./boinc & ) before connecting to bam.
Boinc_cmd tries to connect to the boinc-manager at localhost.
