Despite checking my username is correct and changing my password and double checking it I’m having problems with —join_acct_mgr:

I’ve triple checked this now. Twice.

Those credentials work on the website so they’re definitely right.

Fine now so obviously my fat fingers...

Found out what it was: enter key doesn’t seem to be the same as return on an iPhone keyboard in my iOS terminal client. Doh.
