I'm rather reluctant to create this new thread as other members have used the same subject and received no reply.
Over the years I have been creating problems by logging on to new projects with different email address. Since I realized the error of my ways I decided to ensure every project and BAM had the same email address. Every project that I'm registered for has been corrected except BAM. Bam does not allow me to change my email address. I can change my password but not the email address. I need to change my email address as the one configured in BAM is going to be deleted. I have had the need in the past to reset my login and the reset process requires BAM to send an email to the configured email address. If I cannot access that email address how do I recovery my login? I guess change my email address but how?

Hi all, i got same issue, i tried to change email by BAM but nothing happened, all my projects have the same email/password. So i manually changed email on each project, now i need to change email in BAM but nothing happens.

I am in a similar situation. Just getting back into this after a really long break. Old email is on this account. Access to that email is long gone. I remembered my password to log in. I was able to update email and password with all of my other accounts, but this one does not let me. I have been trying for over a week now. No luck changing email or password.

Edit: Successfully changed password finally. Still no luck with email.

I too am affected this problem. The email associated to BAM is no longer available but I am unable to change the email address. It looks like it happens in that I don't get any error message but when I refresh the page it reverts to the old email address. Will I be forced to delete my BAM account and create a new one? is this the only way to fix this?
