I recently rebuilt my desktop PC, twice, and as a result, I now have three of them in my host list on BAM.

How can I merge these into the same host?

You can click on a host name in the list and then delete it. Make sure you keep the active host. I think you als need to merge hosts on individual projects through "your account" -> "Computers on your account" Click a host and click "merge this computer" or do all at once with "merge hosts by name".
