As I run a farm of BOINC hosts and sometimes have to re-image the entire farm without properly disconnecting them. So I figured I would merge the hosts in the each project. While the lessened the amount of hosts I have listed to my account, it has now resulted in many of my hosts no longer able to sync with BAM. I have tried to disconnect from BAM, and then rejoin but BAM will not allow me to rejoin. If I update the Boinc client, maybe 10% of the machines will re-join BAM. What have I done and how can I fix it >

Did you remove the old hosts from your BAM! host list?

The few that I have checked, the older host name has been deleted and the newer one is listed.

Would this prevent hosts from joining BAM or syncing with BAM ?
