Not sure if this is BAM related or boinc, but have posted on the Boinc forum.

Have just finished installing Windows Home Server v2 on a test rig & have installed boinc 6.11.6 as well.

it is running Orbit at the moment & I wanted to add this host to my BAM account.

Rather than show the normal attach box, on this host it's stating Identify your account & asks for User Name & password.

At 1st, entered user name & password, but that failed & asked for an e-mail address.

Did that & clicked next, but dialogue came up asking for a valid e-mail address, tried several more times but same problem.

Is this a Boinc or BAM problem?

It's a BOINC client problem. The BAM! config "demands" that username is used, but the client ignores that.

I "solved" it by installing an older version, then upgrading to the newest version.

Edit: connect to BAM! in the older version!
