I had a previopus account "jruana" linked to my email jruana@gmail.com (i had another old email account that was ruana.j@atinet.es, this one isn' valid anymore) but when I try to reactivate, it keeps telling me that account not found. i tried to create a new account linked to that email and tells me that email is already in use.

Could someone re-enable my account?
