this is my problem:
in the end of august i lost about 40 million credits but i don't know why.

i checked some thing and i found 2 CPID with my account.
again: under my bam menumy projects i have 10 projects...

...but under my detailed statsproject list there are only 3 of them...

...and my detailed sign reports all closed project and those 3 project.


under my project i can attach, detach, stop works... with all computer.
from all works complete i get credits (i see this in the tab statistic in the app.

yesterday i have attach all 10 project to one computer (i read this in the faq) but until now no good news.
last thing: some months ago i changed my email in bam account but everything seems good.

can you help me?

Yes, CPID problems can be a pain to diagnose sometimes. When you changed your email address, did you make sure to change it on all projects, and not just here?

Also seeing that you've tried attaching all projects to 1 computer yesterday, maybe after a week it could align. However I'm not sure if you have to do a task on each project with that PC after attaching (could take some time depending on project task length) or just attaching is enough.

If I recall correctly, things usually align on Sundays on BoincStats. I think I've read that in the FAQ somewhere.

update my email address on all the website for ACTIVE project.

now in "my detailed stats" there are only the CLOSED projects.
"my project" is the same like before.

i renewed my CPID and i'm waiting...

Did you use the same email here, as in your active projects?
Looks like your active projects aligned, but to one CPID, and the closed projects to the one you are writing from now.

There is a function in the lefthand panel while logged in, (the BAM menu), the setting "BOINCstats", where you can sync retired projects.
I recommend trying to align your active projects to your login here before doing that though.

It isn't a hundred percent certainty that it will work though on all of them. Wait until monday, to see if something (good) happened if the active projects align to your profile cpid, before trying to sync the retired projects.

you right. retired projects have a different CPID.

but there is another problem: i have two projects which have no works in the last months: ralph@home and lhc@home
both projects have less work than user and i think this can be the source of the problem.

i can wait more time but what do you think about ralph and lhc?

i've lost 120M credits!

to help everyone those are the stepe i made (wait 1-2 day from every step):
- updated email in boincstats profile
- got a new CPID
- updated email in every active project website (one by one)
- attached every active project to one host
- let sych all active project
- synch retired projects
