But my bug is not solved and your nice useless hint to look at the FAQ did not help me.

It says :

"When you attach to a new project, or reattach to a projects that restarts after a 'break'"

Nothing like that is happening to my accounts, and i did not lost credits only one day, i lost credits on three days. So this is no explanation for my problem.

It would be better to help people and not close Threads with stupid reference to FAQ

On of my useless links takes you to a page where is says:

Be sure to read the F.A.Q. and/or search the forum before posting a new bug.

If you would've done that, you would have found numerous topics about this same thing and you would have found clues to what happened.

Is it a coincidence that the amount of credits you loose (2x) is exactly the same as your Rosetta credit?

Even though your projects did not stall, this is a simple case of CPID mixup.

Trust me!

BTW: your credit is back into one account today.
