Just noticed I lost 140M credits on this host on Xmas Eve.

I don't have any split CPID's nor do I have any issues with GDPR. Can anyone explain why this host lost 140Million credits?

[Edit] Just looked over at FreeDC stats and it does not show any drop of 140M credits on 12/24.

Highly likely you have not given permission to export credit totals. You have to do it as a one time exercise for each Project, on your Page at each Project Site (a relatively new legal requirement, not BoincStats bureaucracy).

There will be a button to enable or tick at each Site, in order to authorise each Stats export external to the Site in question.. You must do it for each Site you crunch and generate credits for, at the originating Site itself. Can be a minor pain depending on the number of Projects you crunch/have crunched in the past, but without that authorisation, your stats cannot be exported and incorporated into the BoincStats Site.

Usually once that's done, your points become visible again outside that Project Site, including all past ones which will have been retained awaiting your authorisation for export.

As I stated in my post, I do not have any GDPR issues. The only project I crunch for that has implemented GDPR privacy for stats export is Einstein. I set that last year before the project even announced its implementation. It is still set. The rest of my projects don't have that setting. That host only crunches Einstein and GPUGrid. I have not seen any announcement of GDPR at GPUGRid nor does a search of stats, export or GDPR reveal any posts about that in the forums or website. I see no settings in Preferences.
The rest of my hosts that crunch the same projects have not suffered any credit loss. Just the host listed in the initial post.

In your SETI host list (here) the AMD Ryzen 7 2700X is missing. Does it still appear on the SETI website with the same CPID?

BOINCstats removes hosts from the database when they are no longer in the exported data. Maybe FreeDC keeps them.

Yes, it still shows at Seti with the same CPID. The last time it reported at Seti was 23 October 2019. That was when I suspended Seti on the machine to concentrate on Einstein. What I don't understand is why it took so long to drop off BoincStats. It was 60 days after last contact and not 30 days after last contact as the Seti website implies. Or is 60 days the BoincStats setting for removing host credit?

Thanks for the explanation that BT drops hosts off if they have not exported any recent credit.

So does that mean if I unsuspend the host from Seti and crunch a few tasks, that my missing 140M credits for the host will reappear? I think that is what you imply.

Yes, after 60 days of inactivity a host is ignored.

However, this does not mean that the host credit is missing from your user credit.
