I have requested RENEW CPID, without success, retried and field is still blank.

I have this exact problem too! No CPID.. and wont renew when I request. It's been over 2 days since I clicked the "Renew" button.

I was having the same issue as I mentioned in an earlier post.

I had misunderstood how BAM gets the CPID. It doesn't generate or renew the CPID. It looks at the projects you have signed up for, and then uses the CPID from those projects. Not clear at all, but there was a forum post that explained that.

I went to the "sign up for projects" page. Clicked sign up for Rosetta@Home, then "Find Account". It tried to connect but it kept saying invalid password. So I changed my rosetta@home password to be the same as the boincStats password (Everything matches in my case, the email address is the same the username is the same).
Then I tried to sign up->find account again and it worked (as in it let me add the project).

Now I'm waiting patiently for boincstats to update my status!
Its not a solution yet, but I think I'm on the right track.
