1) If you're not using BAM! as Boinc account manager in your boinc client(s), then it will be empty.
2) If you are using BAM! but only recently, or if you reset your CPID, it can take a while to update. Suggest to crunch some WU's for all linked projects to your BAM! account to generate some credits in all projects, then wait until Monday (CPID refresh batch runs on Sunday night)

If that still didn't work, then I'm out of ideas...
