I have looked briefly to see if this has been reported before but didn't find anything. On the 26/07 my husband received a negative credit amount of -1966

There appeared to be no reason for this as he had completed many WU's that day.

Today I see that I have received a negative amount of -441 credits. I have been away since last Thursday and only returned yesterday, and my PC has been switched off all that time. I am currently running a large Einstein WU and therefore have not had any movement on my account over the past two days.

Neither my husband nor I have changed our account details, added new projects or deleted old ones so I can only assume there has been some sort of error.

I would be grateful if someone would look into this matter.

Thanks

Hi all: Today 08/22/07 I also received a negative value - after looking at my stats very carefully - I saw that TMRL DRTG was not listed in my totals - I then noticed that TMRL DRTG is now in the retired projects list. Hope this helps get it all straightened out -- Mark Reiss

Well it appeared to correct itself the next day BUT on the 26th it showed a negative of -833 and although I hoped it would have corrected itself today it appears that it's still not been credited back to me. When you have as little processor power* as I do every little credit counts!!

(*Up until yesterday I only had one PC running on the account - although I'm swapping over to a new one and am running on two until I've finished building the new one).
