I replaced an Opteron 246 with a 275 (dual core). Rosetta shows the 275 but seti and LHC show the old 246. In addtion, the main host list shows only the old 246.

Will all this get sorted out if I wait long enough?

Probably. It may take some time though, it may also require processed work before it changes. On the other hand I still have duplicate hosts from several projects.
