if i see my statistic i can see:
until 21/02/09 everything has worked well
22/02/09 my daily credits falling from 1,8 miliion to 1,5 million
23/02/09 my daily credits falling to near zero!

my rac is falling from 5300 to zero
my bs-rac is folling under zero
my rank is grew from 5300 to 40300!

There are two users named "BlackRoses" in the stats... One with all retired projects--did you change your email address recently? Looks like you need to go to My BAM menu > BOINCstats > Sync retired projects.

First of all you should use on all your projects the same email address.
Second have at least on one computer all your projects connected. It is not necessary to run work from all projects on that PC, but you should connect from that machine to the project servers now and than.
Third have patience, because it could take a few days before everything is synchronized, also depending whether projects are up and running.

The other problem you have is, three of your projects are retired. So there you cannot change your mail I suppose.

Sync retired projects does the same thing, although the changes will only show up on BOINCstats, and not other stats sites.

i have update all my project and i have found the correct email address and others option as i set in boinc profile.
so i found no problem.

Crystal Pellet have talked about 3 projects i have closed: can i restore that?
i can found those projects in my stats...

maybe there is an administrator who can merge my stats and fix the problem?

There are two users with the name "BlackRoses".
They are both you. Because you changed your e-mail on the 22. of February for your active projects you have a split CPID.

You cannot change your email on retired (pensionato) projects.

If you had a BAM-account when the old projects retired you can synchronize these old projects - http://boincstats.com/bam/retired_projects.php
Perhaps you have first to renew your CPID in your BAM Main account page -> Edit account and tick renew CPID, because your BAM-ID is still related to your retired projects.

with your tip i have fixed my problem: i only have synchronized my retired project setting the flag in the page you indicate me!

now i can see i have 1,789,493.45 credits and in 2009-02-23 16:03:48 i can see a 1,239,714 score point: this is the value of my old id witch is ported in new id.
