Hello,

i set up bam, created the accounts here for my 5 projects and attached all by default to new hosts which i want to join and than set up my first boinc manager with the bam url on my windows machine. everything went smooth all projects get work and receive credit. but when i now want to see my detailed stats i got only the message "User CPID doesn't exist in BOINC combined stats or doesn't have any credit." when searching for my username and than show the details i see credit, also on the banner url credit is shown for all projects. i have no idea whats wrong here. i waited now since account creation here that i can see the stats.

Did you try to "Synchronize with BOINCstats BAM!" from the Tools menu in BOINC manager?

If yes and it's been at least 24 hours since then, you could try to renew your CPID. That's done by editing your Main account page and checking the box.

I'm getting this message also - have been using boinc stats for many years!

User CPID doesn't exist in BOINC combined stats or doesn't have any credit.

I also have the following problem:

User CPID doesn't exist in BOINC combined stats or doesn't have any credit.

I tried to renew the CPID, but the page took no action when I clicked the "Save" box at the bottom.

Something went wrong with copying the stats from the update server to the www server, making the table with user stats unreadable. Just explained the servers how to do this thing once more (not that they don't know how, they're doing it 48 times a day).
Please do not PM, IM or email me for support (they will go unread/ignored). Use the forum for support.

Did you use the same email address for BAM! as for the projects?

If yes, I have no idea what the problem could be. You'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable than I am :-)
