Still looks like a split CPID; there are three accounts named "mike5349". One of them is for retired project Predictor@Home, you can bring that one into the fold from My BAM menu > BOINCstats > Sync retired projects. As for the two that are active, if you already did a CPID renew, it will take until the daily update before you see any change.

Thanks for the reply.I forgot to mention that when I went to the project list to rejoin I mistakenly checked the new account box instead of find account account. So I detached all the projects from the list then selected find accounts but I still didn't get all my credit back.I checked the cpid on all projects seperately they match. The only project that I got all credit back was WCG.I will just try to wait to see if I get everything back.It has been through several stats update but still haven't shown all my credit.

Actually, it looks like WCG may be the issue, since one of the mike's is only for WCG... If things still haven't synched up properly, you should go to WCG manually and check to make sure that your username, email address and password are the same there as for your other projects and BAM!. Then give the "Sync retired projects" a go, to see if you can pull Predictor in as well.

It seems I have lost over 200000 credits that I can't get back, my cpid has changed on all projects.I can't seem to keep wcg on my list of projects.I seem to lose it everytime the stats update and I have to keep reentering my account or else I would lose all my accumulated points with that project.

At the time of this posting, WCG looks to be where it should be... It's notorious for not playing nice with BOINCstats and other project managers/stats sites. Still looks like Predictor is all by itself, though... Have you tried the retired projects link?

Yes I tried retired projects. It says I don't have any.I had over 81000 with Seti,77000 with Rosetta, over 17000 each with Docking and Spinhenge etc.So I had to start over with those.A funny thing happened before I lost those credits, for some reason my username changed without any input from me.I logged into my account and it was showing my first and last name instead of mike5349.I was in the process of changing my e-mail and username so they would all be the same, because your faq's say it would work better that way.

Did you by chance sign up for Progress Through Processors, or their Facebook application? A similar thing happened to me when I signed up for their facebook app--it actually creates a PTP account for you, and then "steals" control of your various projects, including renaming your accounts to your actual (Facebook) name. This was solvable by going to the PTP website and changing my account name back to noderaser.

You can change your account name at the projects, if you want to try and get them back into the fold that way... I assume these old accounts are not named mike5349 since they don't show up in the stats. You'll have to change your newer accounts to something different, since you can't have two accounts with the same name.

Once everything is lined up properly, I would recommend that you make any future account changes through BAM, which will then send the same changes to the projects for you.

No I didn't sign up for any of that.I guess those credits are gone, just have to figure out why WCG keeps detaching I noticed when I go to my list of projects if I click on any on of my projects the detach button except for WCG when I click that to highlight it the detach button comes on.So I try to keep it greyed out by highlighting another project.I running Win 7 HP 64-bit with a 64-bit version of boinc if that helps.

Are you attached to WCG using BAM!, or manually? Also, make sure that at least one of your computers is attached to all of your active projects.

Are you attaching WCG through BAM, or manually? If you are attaching through BAM, the "detach" button should be grayed out in the BOINC manager.

WCG is notorious for doing things its own way, which can cause problems with account managers.

When I highlight any of the project the detach button is grayed out,but when I highlight wcg it lights up.It doesn't do anything and I don't click it.I unhighlight wcg so the button will grey out again. But somehow it continues to detach itself every day or two. Then I have to use Bam to attach to the project again manually.

I had a similar problem three weeks ago, and still are unable to claim credits from inactive projects. As for actives one, just make user the email is the same on all of them, they will group together after a few days. WCG is a wild beast and should be treated as a special case.

The "Sync retired projects" function only works if you were a member of BAM when the project was set to "retired" status.
