Hi there

First, thank you for putting this together, I think it's an excellent use of computer power and a great project.
I've joined only recently and I'm a bit confused about my setup. I hope you can help me on this.

I have one computer running Rosetta@home and another computer running MalariaControl. I've installed those separately.
I also have an account on BAM.
After reading the FAQ, I've changed all three accounts to share the same username, email and password.
Both computers appear in my Host List, with regular updates.

What I'd like to have is a signature featuring both my computers.

Using the BAM ID from on the host list, if I try for each host:
http://www.boincstats.com/signature/user_bamXXXXX.png
it says "invalid ID"

And if I try with the BAM ID found in my profile (BOINCstats BAM ID), I get "Your BAM!-id is not linked to a stats account yet".

I don't have a CPID on my profile (Main account page).
The project list is empty and I tried several times to "find account" from "sign-up for project", only to get "account not found".

Could you tell me what I need to do in order to get a signature that would display the work done by my two computers? Also, it'd be great to have this info as a text/xml file.

Thank you!

Perhaps you missed one point in the FAQ:
Run at least one system with all projects, or one system with project A and B, and one system with project B and C. If there is a project that runs isolated from the other projects, its CPID with never line up.

You don't need a BAM! account if you only want to use the signature images. Currently, since you have a split CPID, there are two of them:
for malaria and
for rosetta. (You can copy&paste the [img] lines.)

So, as soon as you have attached one (or both) of your computers to both projects, the CPIDs will merge and you'll have both projects in one image. The computer doesn't need to work for both projects (set No New Tasks), it only has to connect from time to time (Update button) until the CPID has lined up.

Gruß,
Gundolf
