I have account at BAM, and attach projects that I worked too.
But I get one stat when attach boinc to BAM and completely other when attach directly to project.
When I attach to BAM, I get stats just like some newbie get...
Just like BAM doesn't attach properely to projects, even email and passwords are same on projects and BAM.

Could you please clarify; are you missing credit, or is BOINCstats not reporting all the projects you crunch for? The stats won't always be exactly the same, since at the project site you are looking at more updated information than BOINCstats--data is only collected periodically for each project.

And what symptoms indicate that BAM is not properly connecting to projects?

If you have the Same E-Mail Address at all 3 Projects then they all should show up on your BAM Stats. Your Not using different User Names or on Different Teams if your on Teams at the 3 Projects are You ???

Yes, I'm attached to all projects on 2 computers, and stats are same.

Every project have their own team which member I'm.

BAM even don't get my team membership.

If I try to renew CPID with one email to all accounts (BAM and 3 projects) how long I need to wait for BAM to "pull" all stats ?

Have you read this FAQ?
Also: BAM! doesn't either generate nor changes the CPID, that's only done by the projects via contact through your hosts.
And the stats are only generated by reading the projects XML and combine those with the same CPID, unrelated to BAM! with living projects.

Doesn't look like split CPID... There is a second account named "ptmoic" at SETI. The second is listed as being created on 27 April, has 126 points but hasn't done any work within the past week. Split CPID happens when multiple projects use a different CPID, this is a problem only at SETI.

Yes, s/he somehow created a second account at Seti:
7844954, created 2001-06-04 (combined cpid=b152ce0d010541bf12a4f86f8372cd2f)
9253941, created 2010-04-27 (combined cpid=44f527cabaaa019ec02a135bbb25e24a)

There's no way to combine those two, but I think the right ones are together already, the 126 credits on the double account at Seti will stay "lost".

I see that my BAM account use this cpid=44f527cabaaa019ec02a135bbb25e24a, not cpid=b152ce0d010541bf12a4f86f8372cd2f.
Second one is needed cpid.
How to change this ??
Is that even possible ?

Thank you.

As Saenger noticed, you have two accounts at SETI. You'll have to change the email addresses at your SETI accounts to reflect your wishes.

Since two accounts can't have the same email address, you'll have to set the address at the account you don't want to keep to a dummy address and then the one of the correct account (probably that of 2001) to the address you use at all other projects.

And you'll have to check that your computers are attached to the correct account too.

Gundolf

Nope, usually the projects work that out between themselves.
It may take some days, however, depending on the frequency of updates your hosts do (also with BAM!).

Is your AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+ (Microsoft Windows 7) connecting to BAM! regularly while you are waiting?

That's the one that keeps your BAM! account from lining up with your BOINCstats account. It has (at least) two host CPIDs (not to confuse with account CPIDs):

Gundolf, I didn't find this data that you wrote.
And I joined to projects only, not with BAM.
But I do "merge hosts" for this AMD on my account page at Seti@home, after your post.

I hope that this will help.

If you don't attach your hosts to BAM!, you can't expect your both accounts to align, though merging hosts might help.

But be careful before attaching your hosts; best check the "Attach?" flag on your Project resources page for all projects. Otherwise, BAM! will detach all projects from newly attached hosts.

What does your Host list show?

I can't tell, since I never had this problem. Perhaps someone else can jump in here.

Like I said previously all CPID, e-mail's are same to all projects...

Yes, but your problem are the new (additional) accounts you created at each project at 27 Apr 2010, when you created your BAM! account, instead of linking to the existing accounts (I checked at SETI and CPDN). And I know, it's easy to be wise after the event.

I wish you good luck with solving the problem.

I think that only one account is created, at SETI, and there I change email...

I think that something is happening, because I get this message when I click on my detailed stats link: User CPID doesn't exist in BOINC combined stats or doesn't have any credit.

Ok, still waiting.

It look like BAM created accounts in all 3 projects, it didn't find old accounts then...
But I changed email on BAM account and BAM find accounts on projects...
Ok, I changed mail on milkyway and CPDN on dummy accounts to something dummy.

Thank you for helping me, Gundolf.

I think that I solve a problem.
I changed nickname on milkyway and CPDN.
Just need to remember dummy e-mail on SETI and change nickname there...
