Hi.

I use BAM! for a long time now and someone pointed me that I have multiple accounts on this site...

If I search for S@NL - Hanzel I find 4 accounts, all me. If I look at Hanzel, I find myself another 2 times.

I tried to update my CPID, but it doesn't help. Can I join those accounts? They should have the same e-mail address. Oke, maybe one project not, is has retired.

Thanks.

Those are BOINCstats accounts, not BAM! accounts!

You have to create a BAM! account manually; BOINCstats accounts get created from the data imported from the projects. So, you'll have to straighten out all your project accounts to have your BOINCstats accounts align (see FAQ).

And you could also try out to "Sync retired projects".

I allready have an account (S@NL - Hanzel)

For all projects I have the same e-mail adres and name. Most project have been added using BAM.

But somehow I find 4 S@NL - Hanzel's and 2 Hanzel's (at least 2, but 2 are me).

I also did sync retired projects...

I'm new to BAM and I've got the same problem. Here's the history (I didn't write team-related actions):

  1. I created an account in the project Collatz. I've got 2 hosts working on it.
  2. I created a BAM account
  3. I created an account in the project QMC. I've got 1 host working on it.
  4. I synced those 2 project-dependant accounts in my BAM account. I could and still can see these two projects under "Project list" in my BAM account.
  5. I could and still can see all my hosts under "Host list" in my BAM account.
  6. After a few days, I noticed my stats only accounted for QMC, not Collatz.
  7. I did a search on "Franck Dernoncourt" (my username), and found two different accounts with different CPIDs. These two accounts can also be found in my team: http://boincstats.com/stats/boinc_user_stats.php?pr=bo&st=0&teamid=62c02ef1508ffcb0be1511d2ca8226d2. One account only has QMC stats, the other one only has Collatz stats.

I can only sign in with one account, the one I created (CPID: db5b5b1c910b5a2fa40aacaf486dbd04).

Any idea to merge my two accounts?

Do you have a host that is working on both projects? BAM should know that those two separate accounts both belong to you, but as the stats are imported directly from the projects, they won't know they are both you unless you have a host working on both projects. That should get your CPID lined up properly.

Thanks noderaser, setting a host on both projects and renewing my CPID did the trick!
