I have just done a search for my user name JONB... It looks like I have 2 entries, both with the same name and details..Is this why I have not been getting my credits?

Indeed, you have (at least) three accounts: one BAM! account, to post here, and two BOINCstats accounts (one for each of your CPIDs).

To reunify your BOINCstats accounts, see the FAQ about duplicate/split accounts.

Some BOINC versions tend to give you a new CPID every time that you switch networks.

thanks, I think I've found the problem...an old project with an old email address just reported some results..fingers crossed that , as I have checked all my email addresses are the same on all projects the problem should go away.

I have had 2 accounts for over 3 months and have almost given up hope of ever getting them to merge. At this point, I don't know who to blame for the split. BoincStats show the project under one CPID yet when I go to the project its showing a different CPID. My retired projects continue to show under one CPID for a couple of days, then switch to the other CPID for a few days then switch back to the first CPID. My account information has remain the same for a very long time. I added a laptop to the projects and for a year, everything was fine, then out of the blue the accounts split. So I removed the laptop and still the projects continue to shift from one CPID to the other and back in the Boinc Stats, yet the projects are showing the correct CPID I have had from the beginning. I have made sure every project is completely merged, all the account information is correct and have updated my CPID in Bam twice, to no avail. And no new projects have been added. The only project I have been unable to check is Androinc. It was a project attached to the laptop only. It was working fine until it and DNETC went down. I was able to check DNETC when it was up and made sure it was right (it was). If by remote chance Androinc is causing the split, is there a way to remove it from my stats. If not, then I am at loss. If anyone can help fix this, pls stepup. On a note, the split may have occured in the same time frame as the DNETC/Androinc fiasco, but I am not sure. Sorry for the lengthy post but I am extremely fustrated at this point.

The thing to remember is that BOINCstats doesn't do anything but report what the projects send via their stats export. So it's the different projects that are "changing" your CPID.

The FAQ referenced above in an earlier post mentions several ways to get your CPIDs to converge and stick. Usually one of your computers attached to all your projects (but not necessarily enabled for new work) will help. Having the same email address and other things will also help.

What about retired projects?....they still appear in my "ghost" CPID but with no access to these projects, it's not possible to change the email linked to them....but they still have credits that I now can't get!

Since a lot of projects retired while you had an account at BOINCstats, try this: http://boincstats.com/bam/retired_projects.php from the BOINCstats menu.
