Around a month or so ago, I noticed my total credits went from 300 Million + down to 100 Million + or -.

I knew it would be a split CPID problem of some sort, but was perplexed as to why, as i had not done or touched anything in any projects etc..I simply leave my two i7-920s running the same project 24/7.

Anyway, I opened each machine up and allowed a handfull of WU's from a wide variety of projects to try to get it all to re align, and left it to its own devices.

Ive been away for a cpl weeks and came back, have checked and I am still split in two, so to speak... (not to mention there being 4 or 5 of "me".

Any new tips on getting all my work back in one place greatly appreciated, as I have worked long and hard to get to the level I am at...and this is kind of dissuading me from building a new i7 machine too.

Thanks in advance,

Veebee (John)

No answers or suggestions???

Willy - isnt there something you can do to fix this ? is happened with no outside influences that I can trace... simply one day everything is running fine (for a long time, problems whatsoever..) then suddenly, a massive split and numbers jumping around everywhere...

I havent gone and fiddled with anything in regards to "merging" or whatever, as I do not want to "lose" EVERYTHING..

surely someone has some idea of how to fix this..?
thanks,
Veebee

Have just jhad a look at the two "Veebee" profiles which I am somehow generating my usual amountof credit (though split) and they are "User ID's" -248 and 72510...

I assume you've already tried the standard trick of attaching at least one host to all of your projects? If you're experiencing problems with retired projects, then "Sync retired projects" is probably what you need to do.

There's not much Willy can do to help you, that won't be undone the next time the projects decide to give you a new CPID. You'll have to track down the issue with the projects and/or your clients.
