Hi Everyone,

Don't beat me up. New at using BAM but have been crunching for years on several projects.
Here's what I did.

a) Added BAM in BOINC as account manager
b ) Changed my logins to match BAM
c) Went to sign-up for projects, then 'find' project. They were found successfully.
d) Forced Sync in BAM. Successful.

My CPID has been blank for a while and my projects say 'no previous contact'. When should I expect to, you know, see something? Thanks for anyone's time in helping me get this thing working. I feel like a total idiot.

Even if you add the projects to BAM, you need to assign them to your hosts. Check the "My projects" page, it includes controls to attach/detach all hosts, and a checkbox to automatically add the project to any new hosts you connect. You can also go into the "Host list" and tailor the projects for a particular host.

Thank you! I guess that was what I was doing wrong. Looks like I've got a CPID now.. stats.. etc. You rock! Now to figure out what else I can do with BAM! =)

Again - THANK YOU!
