The user hosts page gives a list of processors. Is it possible to display the computer name instead.

I would like to compare my PC's, but without having to work out which one has the Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.60GHz fitted.

Statistic websites, like BOINCstats, have no access to your computer names. Only you can see the names, logged in with your password on the project website. And the names aren't in the stats XML exports.

I can see my computer names when I look at my host list, because of my BAM account. The possibility of a link is there.

That's for your BAM!-account.

The user hosts page comes from the hosts-XML from the projects, and it doesn't include the puter name.

I don't know how much effort on programming it will take to extract the statistics for the hosts from the XML and link them to the BAM!-account int this fashion, I bet it's not trivial.

Showing those host names would violate the security BOINC tries to offer by hiding the computer names and IP addresses. Everybody would be able to see it.

Therefor, I will not implement this.

@KenKLRC - they are at the mercy of the xml stats updated of the various sites.
Right now SETI@home is not updating stats ... They are moving database service around. Db_dump (stats) is off for a couple of days.
