I was looking for teams I could join and I noticed that the results I get on the "Join Teams" page are different from those I get when i want to get stats from the teams using the search on top of the page.
It also seems that the search does not support entering two keywords, instead treating it as one long keyword containing a space...
It would be really nice be have a better way to look into different teams, cause it seems that there are teams for different institutions I'm part of but it is not easy getting infos...

I was searching for stuff like "Dortmund" (a city) and in the join teams page there was a group called "Universität Dortmund sucht ET".... now i wanted infos about that before joining, so i searched using the search at the top and searching for "dortmund" gave a different set of groups...

Good suggestion, I just tried to find my own team there written as two words without the joining dot (SETI Germany instead of SETI.Germany) and it didn't find it on this page. It was not even findable in the upper left corner search with "exact match" ("genau gleich" ) disabled. I found two teams, but both were wrong.

I don't know how the search function is working, but it's not to my liking, a blank should be read as an AND, and "exact match" should be disabled in the team search as default.

I changed the "non exact" search. A blank is now interpreted as "AND".

I will not remove the exact match as default search method. A non exact search has a much higher load on the server.

I can surely live with the preselected "exact", some things are just "nice to have", but if the reality is in their way just don't cry about them
