Looks like a split CPID, I find your username Skivelitis2 twice. The one with the BOINCstats team membership looks odd with your mail address as URL though. Did you use BAM! to change your email address at the projects?

No, did it manually. As far as I can tell, all projects are reporting just fine with the new CPID---all stats appear to be correct. Switched my email from a Yahoo account to GMail a couple of months ago and it went as smooth as can be expected. It was only a few days ago that I lost the ability to see the SOFA forums and the data under my avatar now seems to reflect the residue of the old CPID. Until yesterday I had the AMS (i think it's called) function of BAM turned off. Turned it on, set to report every hour, used the sync CPID function, and I see that the new(er) CPID is shown in the BAM settings. I never had the BAM reporting function turned on at the time of the email switch so I believe the residue is from a few retired projects that never made the switch and for some reason something has appeared to have reverted to that. I have very recently added a few new projects manually but used the new GMail address of course. Thanks, TeeVeeEss, fo any help you can provide!

Did you try to renew the CPID?

Yes, I did. Now the BAM account page shows what was the newer CPID (starting with 9265) and my stats overview page shows the older CPID (starting with 88ba) so they appear to have flipped. Through all of this, I appear to have suffered no loss or interruption of credit as of yet.

Perhaps a clue? Went to take a look at the signatures tab under the My BAM! menu section and clicked on standard signature for team. Under preview received the message: Invalid ID-- Your BAM!-id is not linked to a stats account yet!. What do I need to do to link up?

Usually is waiting the best fix for a split CPID . To help the process you should have 1 host with all the projects you are participating in. No need to do work, just attach and set to no new work.
Is access to SOFA restored? You probably could need that bit of relaxing

Unless there are two persons naming themselves Skivelitis2 you have a split CPID. Besides the stats entry where BAM! is linked to, there is another entry: 88ba819570ef55ca99754038f166ab21.

This entry has a lot of projects which are not in your BAM! account. That only has projects from the other CPID.

So, do as TeeVeeEss suggested and also add all the projects you participate in to BAM!. Once your CPID in BAM! switches over you can take your rightful and relaxing place on the SOFA.

You can try it. And if it fails try it again a few hours later.

You BAM! CPID is based on a majority vote, so when the majority of projects in your account has switched to the new CPID then so will your BAM! CPID.

Well, I can finally report some progress! All projects, stats sites and BAM! now show my CPID as 88ba819570ef55ca99754038f166ab21. However, still no SOFA and the stats below my avatar at left still appear to be linked to 9265b1bac7d121a8c04f8caf20b88666. Hope the daily update cures this once and for all. Don't know which CPID you consider old or new, but the one your avatar links to seems pretty active.

The one starting with 88ba..... I believe to be the right one. The stats showing under the avatar seem to represent retired projects that cannot sync because I was not connected to BAM! at the time.

Your avatar links to 88ba819570ef55ca99754038f166ab21 and contains active projects. Seems fine to me.

I am referring to the avatar and stats included in every post at the immediate left. It shows I have only 35,000 credits or so when the actual number is over 80B.
