When I select projects, then click on the icon for the charts I only get a message stating "User ID doesn't exist in LHC@Home or doesn't have any credit." That isn't true and hasn't been for some time now. Why doesn't Boincstats work correctly for LHC@home?

Id it possible you have NOT complied with DFPR requirements at LHC?

I have allowed my data to be exported, there is nothing else required that I can see. Still doesn't work, wonder if I should I renew the CPUID? Hate to risk making a mess of my Einstein project though...

Both look the same.

Indeed they are, which of course means the data is making it over to boincstats. Hence my question, why when I click on the "chart" button does it give me the error "User ID doesn't exist in LHC@Home or doesn't have any credit." ??

Found a way to get the charts via the detailed stats page. More clicks to get there, but the charts are being generated.
