So this is a brand new account on a new email address, created explicitly to test this...and I cannot join any project. Every time I click Sign-Up for any project, it returns with Project down.

Is there something going on?

Tested this and I could not reproduce the issue, could add some projects, some had errors (incorrect password, account not found) and some had project down.

Welp. Tried literally every single project. All of them say project down. I’ve got a screenshot if you need it. It did this on my old account too; this is a brand new account with nothing in common. Not username. Not email. Not password.

I think you are misunderstanding how the page works. The "project down" tekst on a project line means that during the last signup attempt the project was down. When I impersonate you, click on Sign-up, then select one of the two options, then save, then the last attempt message changes. The projects I tried said "account not found".

The page works fine, you just have to actually click sign-up to get a new "last attempt".

Right, that's what I thought. On every single project, I clicked on Sign Up. In the pop-up the followed, I selected Create Account and submitted. AFTER that, the status changes to Project Down. I just tried it again and that is the status I consistently get. It does this for every project.

So to be 100% sure we're on the same page: BAM! --> Sign-up for projects. Click Sign-up on the right-most column for whatever project. It doesn't matter. A pop-up with two radio buttons appears. I ensure "create account" is filled in, and then I click Save. When I do this, I get Project down. Again, it does not matter what project it is.
