If I click my world position for Asteroids on https://www.boincstats.com/stats/-1/user/detail/6470/projectList I'm taken to a random person (different each time the stats update), but never me. The other projects are fine.

Me too. The real problem is that the average credits page for rankings 0-100 is blank. No data listed for those positions.
But move to >>100 ranking or more and all the user rankings have data.

Ah, I hadn't noticed that. That might explain where I've gone. The 101st highest average credit is about 8000. My boinc clients state I'm on about 18000. Cool! I'm headed for the top 100!

Looking at one of your posts in the forum, you're on about 15000, so also in that blank page.

We're being censored!

So the question to the big controller in here is..... is this site broken or is Asteroids giving out stats incorrectly? I'll ask over there too.

My world position is correct. The ranking always takes me to my name.

It's just the RAC ranking that has me confused with a different user. And nobody ranked 1-100 has any data except for total credit. No data for daily, weekly, monthly or current RAC.

But all users greater than 101 ranking have all their RAC totals.

No the Asteroids web site has the correct rankings for me on their Statistics page. Whether that data is getting exported correctly and then scraped by BoincStats correctly is another question.

Good for you, sir ! All the effort in the name of science discovery.

I spread myself thin at too many projects concurrently on all my hosts. But I am normally in the top 20 at most project I crunch for, primarily gpu tasks at projects. Benefit of having access to optimized applications and lots of gpus.

I just started Asteroids with their return to a functioning project again. I like that the RAC progress shows me jumping up the rankings by multiple hundred positions every day. So not sure where I'll end up eventually after a month and the RAC stabilizes, but feel pretty good about the progress so far.

What equipment have you got? I have a total of 302GB RAM (managed to max that out the other day, I need more!), 126 CPU cores (by that I mean threads, I just call them cores), and 13 GPUs. Most of the GPUs are Tahitis (AMD Radeon R9 280X for example - 1TFlop double and 4Tflop single). I get them because they're cheap and very good on Milkyway. I've got quite good at repairing busted ones. Two of the CPUs are Ryzen 9 3900XT (24 core), and the rest are a third of the speed or slower. All but one machine are on a bookshelf in the garage due to noise. If and when I ever get round to building a second conservatory, the garage heat can come through to the house.

I'm running five PC hosts comprising 352 cores (threads) and 352 GB of RAM pushing 13 gpus. Primarily Ampere and Turing cards.

Also four SoC computers, a couple of Nvidia Jetson SoC's and Pi3 B+ and Pi 4. I crunch with the gpus on the Nvidia SoC's also.
