If I go to the BOINC.combined country stats I see the same numbers in the total credit column and in the Credit per user column.

I think something's gone wrong, perhaps with the transition (and nobody has seen it 'til now). Or is it the wrong time now, some update ist running yet?

It was a bug in the incremental update for BOINC countries. Fixed it.
